Attendance to the event is free of charge for Bachelor, Master and PhD Students. You only need to fill out the following form, which will be available until the venue's capacity is reached.

The authors of accepted papers on the Summer School must cover the paper registration fee if they want their contribution to be published in the Summer School proceedings. Those registration fees will be relatively low to encourage participation without being an obstacle. All approved manuscripts will be published in Engineering Proceedings MDPI.
